Sigma Business Solutions Black Belts are practitioners trained in the application of Six Sigma tools and strategies. The Black Belt course follows the Accelerated DMAIC methodology to include the skills required to effectively lead projects. The course consists of three 5-day training sessions conducted over four months. Practical application of statistical concepts learned is enhanced through simulation, case studies, and exercises as well as on going project reviews. Throughout the four month period participants are expected to work on their assigned project which will produce the expected results for their organization. Upon completion of the workshops and the project Sigma Business Solutions works with the organization to complete their certification.
