Course Description
Sigma Business Solutions DFSS workshop practitioners are trained in the application of Six Sigma Creation process. Design for Six Sigma is utilized to design new products and services.
The DFSS course
includes the 5 step
methodology to
provide
the skills required to effectively lead projects. The course consists of two 3-day training sessions conducted over two months. Practical application of concepts learned is enhanced through simulation and exercises as well as on going project reviews. Throughout the two month period participants are expected to work on their assigned project which will produce the expected results for their organization. Upon completion of the workshops and the project Sigma Business Solutions works with the organization to complete their qualification.
Who Should Attend?
This workshop is designed for those selected by their organization to lead and participate in a Design For Six Sigma project. Typically the Black Belt leading the project has already attained their certification
and completed several DMAIC projects.
