Course Description

Sigma Business Solutions Executive Green Belt participants learn what is expected to implement and deploy a Six Sigma methodology and mindset within their organization. Included is an overview of the tools and techniques of Six Sigma as well as a simulation demonstrating the power of the Accelerated DMAIC methodology. The workshop is conducted over a two and a half day period.
