Course Description

Sigma Business Solutions Green Belt for Teams participants' learn the Accelerated DMAIC problem solving methodology and how to support projects effectively. The course consists of a three day workshop conducted when the Six Sigma project team is selected. Practical application of statistical concepts is learned and applied through hands on exercises and group activities.  During the course participants work on their assigned project, achieving certification upon project completion.
