Course Description

Sigma Business Solutions Lean overview participants learn the application and fit of the lean concepts and tools with in the DMAIC process. The workshop is conducted over a one day period.

Members of an organization considering the implementation and deployment of “Lean Six Sigma” with in either a Six Sigma environment or void of Six Sigma.
