Course Description

Sigma Business Solutions Process Owner Workshop participants learn what is expected of a Process Owner to successfully implement Six Sigma. Included is an overview of the tools and techniques of Six Sigma as well as a simulation demonstrating the power of the Accelerated DMAIC methodology. The workshop is conducted over a two and a half day period.
