Sigma Business Solutions Quality Functional Deployment (QFD) participants learn that the success of your Product or Service depends upon how well it addresses the wants and needs of both the external and internal customer. Successful application of QFD demands that these requirements be carefully managed as they are prioritized, moved, and translated through the process. The workshop is conducted over a one and a half day period.
