Prior to founding Sigma Business Solutions in 2000, Tim worked for nine years with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Qualtec Quality Services as a vice-president, director and consultant. As advisor to GE, GE Capital, ING, Dow Chemical, Caterpillar, Xerox, Samsung Life, Pacific Bell, US West, Ortho-McNeil, Novo Nordisk and other companies he has worked in the development and implementation of Six Sigma methodologies. While employed by Florida Power and Light Company from 1972 to 1992 Tim held several positions, culminating his career as a business manager responsible for human resources and financial accountability. In 1988 and 1989 he was on the corporate team for FPL's successful challenge to achieve the Deming Award, the first US company to accomplish this distinction.
Tim is a certified Master Black Belt and a member of ASQ. He earned a B.B.A. degree from Florida Atlantic University and served as a commended airborne ranger assigned to the 101 st Airborne Division in Vietnam .
